Phil Spector Documentary Film Screening

WHAT: This HBO Films production stars Al Pacino, playing the role of Phil Spector. The film explores the 2007 trial where Spector faces charges of murdering actress Lana Clarkson. Enjoy the perspectives of Spector and the dynamic that is brought with the interaction between him and his defense attorney, Linda Kenney Baden.
COST: Free, however it is first come, first serve – arrive early to ensure a ticket.

Pink Floyd Laser Spectacular

WHAT: This is the 3-D laser video experience of a lifetime. Two hours of classic Pink Floyd accompanied by a laser light show that will dazzle and impress even the most hardcore concert goer. The Carpenter Performing Arts Center has recently installed a state-of-the-art sound system that will deliver all the incredible sounds from Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall albums. So eat your meat so you can have some pudding and be wow-ed by the sights and sounds of this major experience.

Funkalicious at the Grand Annex

WHAT: Go retro and get your funk on with the throwback to the ’70 band. These guys have worked with famous groups like Parliament Funkadelic and Earth Wind and Fire. Come out and enjoy a high energy show that will bring on the nostalgia like no body’s business.

The Humble Hooligans
