This is the 2013 season home opener for the Pirates and should be a kickoff to what will be an exciting and successful high school football season. Cheer on the players as they compete for bragging rights and the chance to go on to the playoffs at the end of the season.

WHAT: In CityRace Urban Adventure Hunts, teams of 2 to 4 players solve fun & challenging clues leading them on a 3-hour hunt through one of L.A.s many diverse neighborhoods. Teams will crack codes, solve challenging puzzles, uncover little-known facts and more… all while racing against other teams to be first to the finish with the most correct answers!

WHAT: This outdoor event has become world renowned. More than 600 vendors offer antique, vintage, classic, and high performance cars and parts for sale at bargain prices. The swap meet is a must visit for hot rod, muscle car, street rod, classic car and truck enthusiasts.

WHAT: This Original Lobster Festival has become a tradition to over thousands of festival goers annually. This festival combines local popular artists with tons of fresh live Maine lobsters steamed in the world’s largest cooker. The deliciousness is prepared and served by a Master Chef for that mouth watering taste. Also included is a giant food court, children’s area, dance floor, two stages and beach bars to create the largest Lobster Festival outside of Maine.

WHAT: The 31st annual Lomita Fair offers a weekend full of FUN: rides, games, fantastic food, continuous live entertainment, and much more in a wholesome and safe environment. Come out for great family fun while supporting a good cause. The Lomita Fair is a fundraiser for St. Margaret Mary School and various community outreach programs sponsored by St. Margaret Mary Church.
