We’re happy to introduce a new savings account, exclusively designed for our members. The 2014 Contract Security Account will officially launch March 1, 2012 and will allow you to save for the upcoming 2014 contract negotiations.
How it works
1. Start by adding Direct Deposit to your ILWU Credit Union account.
2. Designate a weekly deposit. Minimum amount: $25 per week. Maximum amount: $100 per week.
3. Starting March 1, 2012, your deposit (of choice) is automatically transferred to your 2014 Contract Security Account on a weekly basis.
Best part
Rate on the account is 2.00%. All funds collected during the 30-month life of the Contract Security Account will be automatically transferred to your ILWUCU savings account on June 30, 2014.
