Chill at the Queen Mary
Admission: Various prices. Please check the Queen Mary website for ticket prices. The Queen Mary is proud to bring an enchanting winter event to the South Bay – open to the entire family. Walk through The Ice Kingdom to see larger-than-life ice sculptures, enjoy outdoor tubing, practice your ice skating skills and take a stroll through their Holiday Village. Friday, November 30
2nd Annual Taste of Mexico
6 PM to 11 PM
Admission: $50-$70. Must be 21 years of age or older to attend. Enjoy tastings from LA’s top Mexican restaurants and toast with Mexican beer, Baja wines, mezcal and fine tequila. Saturday, December 1
Victorian Christmas at the Banning Museum
11 AM to 4 PM
This event will also take place on Sunday, December 2 (11 AM to 4 PM)
Admission: FREE. Experience a Victorian Christmas in Wilmington’s own Banning Museum. The event will include self-guided tours, food, refreshments, crafts for kids, unique vendors, a visit from Santa and more. Location: Banning Musuem, 401 East M Street in Wilmington, CA 90744. 5oth Annual LA Harbor Boat Parade
Starts at 6 PM
Admission: FREE. Join the newly elected City Councilman from the 15th District and the event Grand Marshal, Joe Buscaino, at this holiday event. Various ships and harbor working craft will participate. Location: The parade will start in the East Basin near Banning’s Landing Community Center in Wilmington and will take approximately 90 minutes to cover the entire parade route along the Port’s Main Channel. From December 1 to December 31
Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade
First cruise departs at 5:30 PM
Admission: $20-$36. Enjoy the parade route and 250 ships it’s 104th year. This year’s theme is ‘Surf, Sand & Santa.’ Three cruises will be offered each night of the parade which will take place December 19-December 23. You have the option to purchase your tickets for this event now, or enjoy pre and post parade rides. Location: Newport Landing, 309 Palm Street #A in Newport Beach, CA 92661. Sunday, December 2
Annual Spirit of San Pedro Holiday Parade
1 PM to 3 PM
Admission: FREE. Presented by the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce and the San Pedro Historic Waterfront Business Improvement District. Location: Downtown San Pedro, 7th Street and Pacific in San Pedro, CA 90731. Visit the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce website to obtain the parade route or check out future events.
