$4.6-billion lease being finalized at Long Beach port – as featured in the Los Angeles Times

The Port of Long Beach and OOCL of Hong Kong are finalizing a 40-year, $4.6-billion lease. The Middle Harbor project is expected to create 14,000 permanent jobs and 1,000 temporary construction jobs. Upon completion, the site is expected to be the greenest and most advanced cargo terminals in the nation.
